I'm looking for a Turbo 400 external gasket and seal set that comes with a rubber or silicone pan gasket. All the kits I'm finding have the cork gasket which I won't use. Or, do I have to buy the silicone gasket separately?

That's what I used. I still got either the modulator or dipstick leaking. 28k mile car that set for years. This is the things you run into.
