my 2 buicks both have strong 350's in them 78 lesabre and 71 skylark but my work car 81 chevy el camino does not the stock 3.8 chevy 229 does not compare to any of my buicks but dont have the money to drop in a 350 or a 454 like i want to just yet is there anything i can do to increase performance and hp on this car...the car is stock as far as i know i had a cheap turbo thrush muffler put on and took out the cat to run straight pipe to muffler?
Same thing you'd do to an 8-intake,carb,headers-cam would really help. Just remember-this is a smog motoruzzled: .Get a GN motor!:TU: Robert
