Does it amke a difference to run 1/8" lines on a TH400 instead of 1/4" lines?
I just found out that the TH350 has 1/8" lines vs the TH400 has 1/4" lines.
I am currently using the 1/8" lines on my TH400, should I change them to 1/4"?
Are the 1/8" lines hurting my TH400?
    Thanks

I think you mean 5/16" OD for the TH350 and 3/8" OD for the TH400?

For street duty with a stock converter you'll probably be fine using the smaller lines on the TH400. If it's more than just a cruiser, or if you're stalling higher than stock, definitely go with the 3/8" lines. An aftermarket trans cooler is also a good idea too.

If you live in the desert you might just want to go with the larger 3/8" lines anyway to be safe.

If this question is in regards to the car in your signature, go with the larger lines and the trans cooler. Your switch pitch trans will thank you!

actually most have seen are 5/16 tube
only some 400 has 3/8 lines and i have only seen them on swith pitch trans.
as long as you have a good cooler i doubt your hurting your trans.
i have 6 an braided lines on mine with a big cooler
    just my experiance.
