Mark, a good sw. pitch trans is one of the best mods that you can make to your car.... just make sure that you get the electric switches and linkages set up right.....the increase in performance will amaze you.....
If you think the switch-pitch converter is nice, wait 'til you try one that's controlled by the electronic switch-pitch controller box sold by Bruce Roe. I have one of his controllers on my '66 Toronado; it makes a big difference. The OEM switch assembly is very crude by comparison. Contact Bruce at: bcroe@juno.com Tell him Schurkey sent you.
