tranny cooler lines

    does any one know what line is the return line for the tranny.1965 skylark gs, cross flow radiator. thank you.

    I belive it is usually the lower line.

    Well, if you disconnect the top and then start the engine the fluid will tell you. real quick. just thinking, looks like to me that it would be the line that comes out of the top. That would eliminate any bubbles in the system. may not be that way, though. If the fluid comes out of the rad it is the bottom one and if out the line, it is the top one.

    Bottom makes sense as that is the coolest of the coolant in the radiator. Flows top to bottom. Nice pic Babe!
