Darn, it didn't get smashed. What posessed him to try to drive down a train track? He damaged a publicly paid for vehicle, so he could go give someone a ticket. Poor decision making.
You'd thought the biker robbed a bank or something. Probably speeding or something. Just think if the cop would have caught him he probably would beat the crap out of him for having to chase him so far.
lol, it's pretty darn hard to catch a motorcylce with a car. Seeing as the guy took the bike offroad, he probaly knew how to drive pretty good, and the cop probaly wouldn't have caught him anywaysou: Unless he called in a ridiculous ammount of backup, or got a chopper on him. The cop didn't seem to care that much about the damage either...just that he was going to get in trouble for it:spank:
