trailing arm bolts

Do all trailing arm nuts go on the inside of the frame and none of them face to the outside?

 

At rear end side of the trailing arms. I think the upper ones go in from the outside and the lower ones go in from the inside.

 

So mike the ones on the rear end. those bolts go in toword the frame and the ones on the frame those bolts point towords the outside is that correct?
