Touch-Up Paint

My '72 Skylark has a sweet base/clear coat paint on it (Burnished Bronze). The only problem is, the guy who painted the hood did not remove the metal trim from the front when he painted it. Now that the hood has flexed a little over time (opening and closing it), the paint between the hood and the metal trim is cracking. BTW, I bought this car after it was painted so cannot go back to the guy who painted it for a fix.

My question is how well will one of those small touch-up bottles work on a base/clear car? Will the finish of the touch-up paint look bad next to the clear? And who sells good touch-up bottles with the correct color code 77 (2454) for 1972?
