This photo was taken a day following the 2011 Tornado in western ma. The trashed GN that you see on its side had been parked in an attached garage of a house that was vaccuumed off the foundation. The house and all its contents are in the lake behind the house and strewn across a 20 mile path that the tornado took. the enclosed trailer contained a 1968 SS/RS camaro that was a concours show winner. It was also quite trashed. Therse were not the only "classic car " victims. the tornado also hit a classic car repair shop and tossed about and heavily damage a dozen or so more classics. The tornado started in westfield ma, and it passed within a 1/4 of my house before continuing on a trail of destruction for close to 50 miles. There were 3 fatalitys, which was a miracle as the tornado passed through numerous heavily populated areas, schools, and cities, and flattened countless buildings and yet only 3 people lost their lives That photo could have easily been my house, my GN and My GS. I dodged a bullet that day. That you jesus!
