3 thumbs up to Bill Burton. Bill defines the kind of person that sets the Buick community apart from all the others. I had a want ad for an air breather on here. I had several members come to the rescue and offer some really nice pieces, but Bill had an incomplete unit that was just the ticket. I have some things going on at home, and haven't been on regularly lately, so I missed Bills reply to my ad. I get home last night to a box leaning against the front door. Bill sent it out before payment. Its that kind of trust, honesty, and integrity that sets people like Bill, and members of the Buick world apart from all the others. The household is currently Buickless, but I still have a 65 Riv on the bucket list, or a early 60s Wildcat. I'll be back. Thanks again Bill, you're the best we have around here. Your friend, Tom Miller
Yes, Wild Bill is one of the best in the Buick world. And I must say you are as well, Tom. I am proud to call you both my friends.
I agree that Bill is a great dude. He's always a hoot to talk to. I bought a really nice '70 Stage 1 from him many years ago that had a home-made sunroof He wasn't kidding when he told us it needed a roof!
Thanks Guys........i am me because of all of you......Buick friends forever ! Gary.......you are absolutely the one person to bring the Stage 1 back to life....what a fantastic restoration....and to name the car "Kokomo".....it is an honor ! Peace WildBill
I simply made the initial purchase and gave it a name, my dad George he handled the rest since he enjoys saving old rusty cars. This car makes him very happy since it's what he's always wanted.
