Washington state ZIP Code any board members call check it out never know you might get lucky. Could be a widow, that has no clue.
It looks way too good to be true, IMO. This car shows signs of being restored, so the low mileage must be the miles put on it since the resto. I didn't see a VIN listed, so it would be interesting to learn what it is. If the car is as clean as the pics show, then even it's a clone, I would expect it to go for twice the asking price. If I lived close to where it is, I'd be there today with $31K in cash, even if I had to take out a loan from a loan shark at 40% APR.
I* don't know about your wives but My wife KNOWS what these cars are worth . If I was to die she would probably want more than I would . lol
check out their website. All the cats are too cheap and photographed at different locations. And no good just showing up, they aren’t open on weekends and on weekdays by appt only.
I did a quick search to see if the dealership's name is listed as a scam, but I found nothing. If they are crooks, and are listing cars they don't have at crazy low prices, how do they steal a person's money? Do they get a deposit "to hold it for you" and then ghost you so you can't get your deposit back?
I am guessing they aren’t taking deposits, first come first served, so if you are an out of the area buyer, you better send full payment asap!
Most of those Facebook Marketplace ads linking to a dealer look shady AF. All cars are at lower than market prices and use old pics from prior sales, usually from other dealers. There's so many scammers on MP anymore, I'm hesitant to buy anything unless I either know the person or can exchange cash for goods in person.
According to Google Maps there is indeed a company named Freer's Auto Sales located at the address from the website: Photo date October 2023

This is a scam. That's a car my father restored a long, long time ago. It's currently in a private collection and is not for sale for $31k. And by the way, this sticker is not correct for a '70 GS and was not installed by my father. Someone else added it.
They even mention your father George in the old advertisement and YouTube video, Gary Click here to view the Sloan Documentation for this GS455
