My local supplier suggested I try Tokico shocks as an alternative to KYB. I have used KYB's in the past but thought I should try these. Any user reviews?
    Thanks

I have a friend who told me to put these on my 1972 4 door, but he recommends the Illumina white ones, but Im seeming to have a hard time finding them.
Let me know how you made out?

I've run Tokicos on several other cars, but never my Buick. They're very popular for the 300zx though... and I love them! The HP's (blues) are non-adjustable, while the Illuminas (white) are 5-way adjustable. The HP's are like the Illuminas set on "3" or "4", for the most part. With the Eibach drop springs on the Z (Tokicos on the Z were actually designed for 1" lowering on that application) it was a drastic improvement. I would highly recommend them.

The ride is smooth and tight, not super stiff or bouncy. It feels like you're attached to the road. Very in-control feeling and super when cornering or launching at the drag strip. Made it feel like a whole new car.
