This may save me from making a big mistake or overpaying for a car that is not what it was advertised to be. Jeff Taylor at Sloan has been great to deal with but their information is limited to what a completevin number will reveal. They can't work with an engine number only. Regards,Gary
I realized what happened when I saw your repost. I assumed Sloan would know what the prefix had to be for the numbers and letters on the engine since you were verifying for a stage one donor and no stage one converts were made that year.
