I am thinking about selling a body without the frame. My question is do I need the title to sell it. I have had this car for since about 87 and cannot find the title. If it makes a difference I am in North Carolina and the car was last titled in Ohio. Thanks
depends If the body is just used for parts, no need (but the buyer sure takes a risk). But if the body is good and has a title, it would be worth your efforts to get a one :bglasses: . I never have, however I believe you just need to go to your county courthouse with an old registration paper. I'd call and look into it, it is not that difficult.
