I'm looking for a tire size to put on my skylark. I'll be putting on some 15x7 rallys on finally. but need rubber. I'd like to keep the same size all the way around (tire rotation)and not need to change the speedo gear.

what are you guys running? i was thinkin BFG radial TA's but need sizing and other simmilar designs would work want the white letter look...

235-60's are about as fat as you want to go on the front with stock steering, you may get away with 245's. The stock 4 3/8" backspacing works well with those size tires as well. Once you go wider you'll need to increase the wheel width and the backspacing especially for the rear, and then ofcourse you loose the interchangability.

245s all the way around work find. People on the Board with fresh suspension have claimed 255s will work.

I run 245/60R15's on stock wheels on my front end. No problems at all.

Yup, I've run 255/60-15 all the way around but have b-body spindles on front and have since added Global West a-arms. The front are very close but have had no problems, even when hammering it through the corners.

245/60/15 on the front and 275/60/15 on the back with stock Buick rally's. no problems. Would like to go to 17's but that is another world altogether. Mike D.:pp
