I searched here and found these recent sales of tilt columns:

    13) Column Shift Tilt
    Needs work Price $100.00+shipping

Tilt steering column floorshift w/cruise and key-black $100.

column shift tilt column complete w/ standard steering wheel
out of a 72 GS. pulling it out tomorrow and will have pics by tomorrow evening. I think its saddle or sandlewood $200.00 price negotiable

I have a tilt column(auto on column-not floor shift) for sale. Removed from a 72 Skylark, levers are fair, I took them off for shipping so if you want them I will include them. Tilt is nice and tight, includes key. Some rust where it goes through the floorboard of car. I also have the intermediate shaft with rag joint if you want/need it.

    $150 plus sh from 17112,

70-72 skylark/gs tilt steering column for an auto floorshift car $150

In digging out a stall of my building I found some tilt columns. I am one over my limit on column-shift tilts so this one is for sale.

Nice condition, blue with a cracked blue deluxe wheel. Tilt is tight and I have the Key. Came out of a stratomist blue 1972 Sportwagon I parted out. Car had factory cruise control so it has the appropriate signal lever and wiring.
    $100 plus shipping. (lowered price)

    HTH you determine your price.

I'm a buyer if it can be confirmed that it will fit my 70 Wildcat. Does anyone know for sure?

    Thanks!:beers2: :TU:

Not to hijack this thread, but I've also got a tilt column, with wheel, which has the cruise switch, for a floor shift car. I do not know with any certainty what the donor was, as it came in a 70 Electra vert parts car I had several years ago. My suspicions are pointing me toward it being for a 70-74 Riv.

I'm more curious about where it came from as opposed to just offering it for sale at this time. What should I look for to determine its use?? Once the correct application has been determined, things can proceed from there, that is, if there is any interest. BTW, I have no pictures available, but could take a few later.

Sorry for the hijack Bruce. I now return you to the regularly scheduled thread.

I don't know how a tilt column wound up in the "whoa and sway" section. Should be in Parts for Sale or Interior.

For the floor shift column....measure overall length.
    A-body is 35.5"
    B-body is approx 38

:Do No: I started out asking what it would fit, and how much there worth. I didn't think I'd get much interest and was going to put it on ebay.
But I think "sway" fits into steering:grin:
