My power brake booster fitting for our new old cast iron intake for our X project was broken off in the hole. The remains must be removed. It is the brass intake fitting is Group 8.963 and # 187322. It appears to be finer than the 24 3/8 tap I have. I am estimating ( counting over a short distance) it must be something like 28 threads per inch . Does any one know the number. I cannot find anything other than the diameter.

If you are refering to the brass fitting the vacuum pipe fits into, it is a 1/8 27 tapered pipe thread.

Joe you would be the only person who would know that. I knew it was something odd.

    Thanks
