Which is why I will stick with my carburetors.:):) At one point, Jim Weise told me he was eventually going to market a FI kit for our engines.

It's not to hard to make a sequential system with available parts. I used a stock ecm and wiring harness from a 2002 truck. Drilled an old wildcat manifold for injectors, used a GN cam sensor and housing, a Holley elbow to a 102mm throttle body, and made a mount for a crank sensor that triggered with a stock LS trigger wheel mounted on the back of my lower pulley. Replaced my tank with a FI tank and in tank fuel pump and plumbed it all to fuel rails that I made from a blank fuel rail that you can get anywhere online. Been running it all year and other than an issue with split LT fuel trims at an idle up to 2500rpm it runs good. I have the software and been tuning LS trucks and cars for over 15 years so its not hard for me to do the tuning myself. Any competent tuner should be able to get this up and running fairly easily. 20200203_172220_resized.jpg 20200703_152318_resized.jpg 20200703_152323_resized_1.jpg

holley Stealth or Sniper is the way to go..i got a Sniper on the shelf for my boosted sbb that will go in this winter.
i just finished up the install of a LS in a 72 lark (see pro touring section) and i went with the Holley terminator X harness/ECU.
I am seriously impressed with the ease of the Holley products.
if you do EFI ALWAYS HOLLEY since there is a big support network for install & additional tuning...

Really nice... you should consider making a part list and supply the ECU tunes for the Forum members ;) not for free of course

Went with the Holley Super Sniper. Must say I’m pleased with the outcome. I thought on my tired 350 it wouldn’t show any improvement, but it did. My Quadrajet was built by a member here and I was very satisfied with it. Car ran its best in spring/fall along with cool summer nights. That’s no longer the case. Now for the next step. Replacing the tired 350 with another with a lot of TA goodies over the winter.

If you lack the tuning skills, like me, but not afraid to wrench on things and are prepared to spend twice what you thought you would: Holley Sniper Quadrajet + Hyperspark ignition is an easy way to the benefits of EFI.

What makes it less than a 'bolt on' is the need to upgrade the fuel delivery system end to end but it's worth it to junk the rotted fuel lines you didn't even know were there!

Sniper Quadrajet drops right on the stock manifold and together with the Hyperspark ignition you get all the benefits of ECU controlled A/F and ignition timing that learns as it goes and adjusts for changing environmental conditions.

It's not going to make a ripsnorting 10s car but for a daily driver or cruiser it's a good option.

love my MSD Atomic EFI. you can set it up to control the timing from inside the car, while running. the tech support is AMAZING! less wires, because the computer is inside the TB.
