Or when you are heading into BG with truck and trailer loaded with car and more parts than you could fit in a 80 acre junkyard with the cruise set on 94 and look in your rear view mirror and see MR Officer peeking around the corner of your trailer. Well Mike, if you had a truck with a REAL motor in it, you wouldn't have to "make a run" at the hill!!! Just jerking your chain, bud. :grin: :grin: :grin: I remember that last time my Dad came to BG and we were southbound on I-71 out of Cincinnati. I yelled to dad over the radio (he was driving our 85 GMC tilt-rollback-455 Stage 1 powered-with the black GSX on board) to move over, I was going to take a run at the hill...all I saw was two little puffs from under the rollback and he was gone!!! Said he hit 90 going UPHILL with a load! That truck is a MONSTER!

Wisconsin people dont understand what I'm talking about when i say this to them. and wisconsin people complain about the traffic around chicago. its usally caused by a wisconsinite sitting in the left lane with a panic stricken look on his face when he's getting passed by the middle lane at 20-30mph above the speed limit. it seems wisconsin people want to get in eachothers way. while chicago people have the idea the gas is either on or the brake is on, and understand that everyone wants to get to where they want to go just make sure you can keep up and not hold up traffic. oh btw. Illinois will now be enforcing the slower traffic keep right. and if average traffic is going 10 above the speed limit and your in the left lane doing the speed limit (and causing a delay) you will get a ticket for going the speed limit. :TU: :beer
True about Illinois enforcement. Last time home took the 72GS out onto route 53 and was beginning not to believe my speedo. I was doing 80 in a 55 and passing nobody.
