Hey guys, just installed the new intake and 160o thermostat, stock one was 180 I beleive, before the manifold swap my heater was pumping out lots of hot air, now it can barely manage luke warm. I'm wondering if it's the different thermostat. Also my water temp was fluctuating wierdly when I fired it up, it has never run over 190 before, it sits at 190 all day in any kind of traffic whatever, never moves. Now, just idling it up the street it ran up to 200 and then stopped and came back down, and it seems to run cooler than before, between 160-190. I would like my heat and temp normalcy back, help!

You most likely have an air pocket in the cooling system. Let the car idle with the heat on(low blower speed) and the radiator cap off. It will "burp" a little. When the t-stat opens, the fluid level will drop. Keep topping it off until it no longer requires any additional coolant. It may burp a few more times. If you don't have heat, you aren't done yet. There's more efficient ways to do this, but I don't have the time to type a detailed procedure right now.
