    Who got the award?
    The car?
    Kindig?
    The owner for deepest pockets?

I think it goes with the car, but kindig gets bragging rights.

This is the concept Corvette Corvair (before the actual Corvair) that they were more or less basing it on, for those that don't know. The Kindig car is freakin' amazing, and hand formed in aluminum, not glass like the original. That V12 LS based engine is a serious, serious engineering feat.

Australian company Race cast engineering/V12LS.com offers engine builder packages starting at $21,300 delivered, including the block, heads, crank and cam. More complete options are also available, going all the way up to a $46,200 turnkey package. (2017 prices?)

Wasn't Kindig granted the rights to produce and sell those or similar Corvetts a few years ago.

The CF1 "Corvettes" that they built were carbon fiber bodied production models, but yes, they were very similar looking.

I’ve seen a few of Kandig builds in person they are amazing. And the man Dave seems to be just a nice guy , He takes time to talk to anyone that meets him . And A since of humor he told me he can’t afford the cars he builds , I didn’t believe him but it’s a good line.
    well deserved award
