aaahhhh!!!!!!!! gotta cancel my reservations at the indy hotel tomorrow. 8 dropped passes and 3 lost fumbles is unacceptable! yes, that was a blown call by the refs. no excuses, take it like a man, the giants kicked our ass. as for you vikings fans, EVERYBODY kicked your ass this year.:moonu:

No hard feelings from me..Have to admit,I was a little nervous about 3 pm..Wasn't sure which Giant team would show.. I am really concerned about the 49ers though. They beat us by 1 TD but they are playing great ball now... I think what I like the most is all the analysts are not picking us and counting us out. If you look at the stats,Eli has had a hell of a good year..

What the hell was Houstons QB doing passing into 3 and 4 defenders at the end of the game. Simple math says someone had to be open elsewhere.

Yup, the Packers certainly did play poorly. The Giants showed up, ready to play, and were very well prepared to win. My hat is off to them. My football watching is done for this season. Please let me know what happens next week, since I won't be watching.

Now when does spring training begin??

Go Jets Go.......the Winnipeg Jets that is.

    Let's count Super Bowl wins:

Green Bay Packers - 4, plus 9 NFL championships, totaling 13, most by any team.

Minnesota Vikings - 0, plus 0 NFL championships, totaling.......0.

Tip of the helmet to the Giants. Even with the ref's help GB was hapless.

The only thing that would have been more embarrassing would have been if GB was 16-0. What a waste of a season. This year, after a fantastic run they just seemed to make a slow skid toward Sunday's trainwreck.

I can only hope they lose a couple of games early next year so they have to work for it all season. That game really exposed the bend not break defense that GB was touting. That only works when your offense can score some points. They really need to shore up the defense to give the offense more opportunities.

Colorful jerseys are nice but Green Bay Packers stock is forever. I'll be looking forward to next year right after the Super Bowl.

Really Tom you had to go there????

May you use number 2 fuel in error this winter:bla:

Well, you did have Fran Tarkenton, who was very entertaining to watch during his many mad scrambles.

I always use #2 fuel in winter as it's blended for local temps.:beer

Guys, all in good fun. Your Vikings snagged one of the classiest head coaches ever to walk the sidelines from our Winnipeg Blue Bombers, that being Bud Grant. He won a few championships up here, and he should have his name on the SB trophy too. :TU:

I wonder if the NFL is playing favorites this year. I know most of the sports have a championship matchup that they hate to see for ratings reasons. I couldn't imagine which matchup would be a ratings killer though this season. I would think a Pats/Giants rematch would bring in quite a few viewers. Baltimore would probably bring in viewers, and SF would have the west coast following. I know they probably saw giant bouncing dollar signs imagining Tebow in the Superbowl.

Gotta give the Pack a little credit for their great impersonation of the Bears. Did anyone see them with their helmets off? :Do No:

 Congrats to the Giants, Bil-a -cheat sure is a sore loser.

Not sure why they had the loser rogers to be on as a reporter . He wants to talk about himself and his team. Should prob stick to retired players.

^yeah, rogers was annoying. "he's an elite quarterback like me," "when you're a good quarterback, like me.." what a douche bag.
