what is a one note horn on the GS California?

 

skylark customs and non post GS cars in general came with a 2 horn set up, different key pitch which created an almost musical effect.

specials, GS calis, and any of the lesser/entry level stripped models usually had a single note [poor mans horn set up]. at least all of the 8-10 GS calis/specials Ive had were that way.

this horn is from a red w/white top '69 GS california

 

I know on most they were single horns mine has the dual horns But not sure if thats correct or not i think it was an option
