He also authored The Maker's Diet.
Hey Scott, My mother and a couple of her friends totally agree with Mr. Rubin and live by his principles. Great stuff. To 68Skylark2 I was not trying to push my views on you in anyway it's just I saw your comment on hell and it really caught me off guard. I am sorry if I offended you in any way, it was just my caring side coming out. I did not mean to insinuate anything by what I said about the jail thing that was just my experience in my life. One last book to add by that author is 'Patient - Heal Thyself'. My sister sent her copy out here. It looks to be an excellent book on what to be eating, and what supplements should be taken. Also, what not to eat.
