The bumper change

I took some pics while changing the rear bumper, the old one took a hit and I finally got hold of a replacement. I also changed the front bumper about a week later, but no pics of that change tough.

 

The new one I got was in better condition than the old one, just a few scratches on one side.

 

Bought this chrome polish stuff that works good, it becomes really smooth and shiny.

 

I got the fiberglass pieces and the bottom metal pieces too. The chrome top pieces I kept, they weren't on the lesabre donor. Painted the fiberglass pieces silver, they old were in the same green color as the car, but now cracked.

 

Here's the result, I'll just have to raise it a bit more.

 

Here's the cause.. and result. Well it was a drunk girl who hit the Focus and then flipped her own car. The Focus was parked behind my car.

 

A closer look.. Her insurance company told me take it to a shop and let them estimate the damage. I can only say I took it in cash.
