I have been looking all over for a throttle cable bracket. I tried everything ebay, other buick websites and all the local junkyards. I placed an add here, and a couple of hours later the buick doctor (Joe) sent me a message saying that he had a few!!! Not only was the price unbelieveable, and fast shipping, but he threw in the bolt and cleaned up the part. Without any doubt I'd check with him first if any of you need anything.
