The 70-72 Buicks at MCACN 2019

Here's pictures from the 70-72 GS representatives, I again echo what many others have said-
You really should plan on going to at LEAST one of these shows. It's overload on so many levels.
ALL kinds of cars, ALL kinds of levels of condition and it's all real deal stuff.
I was honored to attend with my car and had a great time talking to Joe Gusek's restorer and friend who told me the details of his car- 1970 Cinnamon Mist flood car-
Joe Pratt had his Apollo White X there and he remembered my car from back in the 90's.
Thanks to Ajesh and all who had a hand in dealing with the weekend, it'll be one I'll never forget........

Thanks Phil, it was good seeing you and Matt represent the colonnade style in class!! Congrats to you! ( I didn’t post the pictures of your cars, you took way better ones than I did )

2019 MCACN was a Huge Hit....the Buicks were ONCE again Spectacular.

Great seeing all the 1969 Buicks.....well Deserved. Well done Ajesh!

Hard to believe a week has past since I was there with my two sons checking out all the fine Buick muscle but WOW what great displays and cars and owners to talk with. Got meet Phil (after 4 trips to NYC I finally had to go to Chicago to meet him and his way cool '73!) Matt's '73 was looking might fine and all the other GS's in attendance as well. Got to talk with many folks that I've admired their workmanship and restoration skills online.

Thanks to Duane for taking the time to answer my questions on his incredible Motion GS, we talked @ length and he showed me the album of before and after pics in his album and we covered alot of info on the cool pieces on that car from the Hurst wheels with their unique clips for the trim rings and when the call went out for parts how folks stepped up to the plate to help along the way just a great guy and I thank him again for spending some time with me in answering my questions.

Great to see Adam and Atena again and chat and see the unveiling of Joe's 1 of 1 killer GS. I even got a chance to talk to Rich Johns (who I purchased my GS from many years ago) and his brother who had his GTO Judge on display that Rich restored.

Can't wait for next year to roll around, it's one of the best times I get to enjoy every year with my sons away from the rush and hubbub of our daily operations of working together in our shop doing autoglass & upholstery.
