I know my car is a far cry from most of the beautiful cars i see on this here site but the weather finally broke up here and we knocked the dust off the ol 65 and took her for a shakedown. Im poised to start the bodywork this weekend maybe if im lucky it will be painted and reassembled before the wifes birthday (june 19th) here are some random pics Pilot of this jolopy This car will be her baby She looks good from far but far from good at this point rough camera settings can hide a ton Straight beatnik My wife really wants this car satin black with red accents. I am planning on adding power disc brakes and doing a conversion to lose the points other than that she runs and drives needs some cosmetic stuff and some tires. We arent purists so it will be what it is, a really cool custom cruiser for my damsel and I to cruise in (vent visors stay no matter what) and enjoy. The 63 special I just picked up I think I want to keep as close to stock as i can I will get some pics up of that ol girl this weekend I hope. You sound like you want to apologize for your car because it's not the show car some have??? Never apologize for the car you enjoy! It looks like a fine 65! ( Hard to beat a 65) How about some pictures of that 63? Those are some very sharp cars also.

Thanks for the kind words fellas I like both of these cars, I have been a buick man in hiding all my life... As soon as i got bit by this bug ive been totally hooked. I cant wait to get these cars ready to roll on the road Pictures of the 63 are here Im just in love with these cars, Now I need a wagon and my 56 special and Ill be good to go (until more pop up) Sean
