"That Will Buff Out" (Possible web site problems)

Caution! Potentially dangerous website. Some users are experiencing problems from the site so visit at your own risk!

    Great site otherwise, good fun:

I especially like the "Toll Booth Transgression" on this page. Good old NY drivers. Always ready to yield the right of way.

Just a quick note. I was checking this site out and inadvertently clicked something off to the side. It downloaded some malware, screwed up Symantec and IE and modified the registry. Our IT person fixed it, but it's never fun to call IT and say you were on a site not work related and hosed up your machine. Luckily, she was cool about it.

Your probably ok if you stick to the pictures, but and inadvertent click on one of the side icons and you're in a mess. A word to the wise is sufficient.

    northcorner Guess what I'm thinking..

I also got a malware warning just from clicking page 22, no side links.

Yeah - Nice Malware site!!! :spank: :blast:

For future referrence guys, my IT guy at work says to go kill (and do so fast) either the Aplication or the Process using the Windows Task Manager at Ctrl-Alt-Del.

Problems, here, also with the site. I would avoid it and save yourself potential trouble. Rudy.

I'm using Chrome and it stopped the page from loading with a Malware warning. First time I've seen it do that.

It would be good to edit the first post of this thread with a big warning about the potential harm. I looked at a bunch of the pages before I read the warnings!!
No warnings and nothing funny so far, but I'll be scanning the system shortly.

Soooooo glad I read the comments first. I almost passed this link on to my girlfriend. I am currently fixing the mess on my home computer that she created by accidentally allowing Mcaffee to run malware. Would suck to fix it, only to have it be screwed up and do it all over again.

Was it the second site that gave all the trouble. I looked at the pictures on the first one and everything is fine.

I'm using Firefox and did not experience any problems after viewing those pages.
