Just wanted to say "Thanks" to everyone who participated in helping me with my small dilemma of snapped off water pump bolts turning into a disassembly of the whole timing case. Someone was kind enough to send me an oil slinger that was missing. Others provided great advice. I'm happy to report that all is running fine and leak free. Unfortunately, it goes into heated storage tomorrow. Hopefully, I have the chance to make the rear tires a little lighter on the way.:3gears: I learned alot through your tips of priming the oil pump, never attempting to use an extractor, securing the flywheel with a vice-grip, etc... I am glad I live in the south! I could not imagne having to put my cars up for the winter. That must be tuff.
It's only tough until we pull out the snowmobiles. Then it's the best high-speed legal fun you can have! There's nothing like cruising through the forest at 100mph.
