Skipped services at my regular church and attended homecoming at my uncle's church today. Both my 80+ year young grandmothers were there, along with some other family memebers I haven't seen in quite some time (some who aren't regular church goers.) Perfect day in the country, cloudless blue sky, temps. in the comfortable (for me) 70's, good food, great live singing, wonderful fellowship. This will be a good memory when I'm my grandmother's age. Thank you, Lord, for these simple blessings you've let a simple man enjoy today! +++
