TH400 Takes Off in 3rd

    My TH400 in my 63 Wildcat that I converted with a 65 TH400 out of a Riviera is starting out in 3rd gear when in drive. I can manually shift it okay. What do you think the problem is. Tranny was rebuilt by retired Buick tranny guy last fall and worked fine till I went to Back To the Fifties and started this.
