i have a thm 375 tranny. im going to put it in a 87 buick regal. i guess the tranny is what u call a long tail tranny. is it possible to take that extra piece at thae end off so i dont have to have my crossmember and my driveshaft modified. thanks
You have to take the whole transmission apart and also change the output shaft. Just changing the tail housing will leave the output shaft still sticking out at the original length
