I'm selling this transmission for someone who moved. Here's all he told me about it. It's a T-400 short shaft automatic transmission that originally came out of 1969 Grand Prix and the torque converter was from a 6 cylinder. He told me the purpose for having a 6 cyl. Torque converter but I forgot it. It was rebuilt by a good shop and a shift kit was installed. They installed it in a 1970 Firebird. After about 1500 miles the car sustained rear quarter damage and was totaled but since they had just rebuilt the transmission and torque converter, he kept them. They had been sitting covered in the garage for 5-6 years. They both have fluid in them but he suggested replaced the fluid in both of them before installation. $500.00 Or shoot me a good offer.
    Thanks
    Bryan
