Dont you love pulling up to the pump to fill up and someone ALWAYS says that!! (Of course they have NO clue about cars at all) I say 69. Then the guy says ok, and his wife says See I was right!!! But it is an awesome site going down the freeway with vintage tin on a trailor!!!!:TU: BTW hey HOUSTON TEXAS !! Where were you???? I was expecting about 3 -4 helpers and a free lunch on sat morning!!!! :Brow: Just because we were in the rain didnt mean we werent still in texas to get the cars!!!! MAde it home no sweat the ole Duramax hauled butt with 3 4000 lb cars and a load of parts too. 1500 miles in 36 hours!!! Not too bad...... :3gears:
That was a hammer down trip !! Mike I bet you turned a few heads going down the road , huh ? Sweet find Mike ! :bglasses: :3gears: :3gears:
what a sight Thats perfect for us Mike, We'll be down to borrow that rig for the nats in August. Not to worry ,I'll fill the tank up before we bring it back to ya:Brow:  But seriously...nice snag:jd: Dana.
I just came in from outside looks like about 1/2 inch of ICE on everything right now!!!! I need to unload but may have to wait for awhile..................
Ice is coming down good now here... There's a lot of sleet collecting on the ground,.....on top of a 1/4 inch of glass ice... That's a sweet trailer you've got Mike!
Mike, I'm guessing these 3 are all from the guy that had 3 69's listed for sale here on the board? Looks like a nice haul you made there!
Yes they are. I was hoping they were in a little better shape but hey I know someone that does body work!!
At first glance I thought that S-10 was pulling the trailer ou: what a crazy trip it would be pulling it with that.....:Brow:
Nice haul MG, were there parts with those also! as the red and the blue ones look like the trunks might be full! I assume that Big Red truck of yours didn't even know you what you had behind ya! Way Cool, thanks for sharing. RV:grin:
Mike, 1500miles in 36 hours only figures out to be only 42 mph average. I can do that with a moped and a can of beans:Brow: :Brow: Seriously though nice snag. That 1/4" of ice you mentioned turned into about 16" of snow up here. It snowed all day Sun & Mon.  At mother nature
We got to Houston and sat in a parking lot for awhile to chat with a buick guy then we were sleeping in the truck from 12 -6 am saterday tho !!! Then loading the cars from 730-1030 am IN THE RAIN!! now do the math.... it gets better......
