OK guys, it is currently 41 degrees in Dallas and people are complaining. Looks like it may be a little colder than that up north right now. Are you boys getting any snow today?

  2. We had a few flurries earlier this morning, and it was a brisk 8deg when I got up at 5:30... brrrrrr...... otherwise, the ground is bare except for the fall leaves, while my boulevard Elm tree still has almost all of it's GREEN leaves still :Dou: Makes it kind of hard to rake them up when they don't fall until December every year. My Black Walnut in the back yard dropped all leaves 3 weeks ago... :Do No:

We got about and inch last night. Need to get the buggy put down in the barn and get the sleds out and ready to go. Maybe we'll actually have some snow this winter. :Brow:

Not too bad here right now, but it was 14* this am when I took the kids to school. Only problem with that is that I just shaved my head again and I can't find my dang hat!:af:

  5. Same problem here... :eek2: but I found my hat! :TU:

Almost 70 in NC today but it goes downhill Tuesday. So I am taking off to the same temps at the Turkey run in Daytona.

Was 14 here as well this am when I went to work at 6:30. Had to scrape the windows to get to work then when I went on my smoke break at 9 the windows were frosty again.

I don't shave my head so no need for a hat:moonu:

:ball: Went down to 1 here last night. Supposed to be 7 tonight. Unfortunately thats not far off normal for this time of year. Just got my heat bill in the mail today (natural gas) 130.00 for one month and its not even cold yet! :af: Sure takes a bite out of the car budget and I haven't been able to heat the garage yet, just a 40 year old 960 sq ft house. I think I live in the wrong country! :Dou:

Not the wrong country, just wrong house. I'm all electric and my bill hasn't gone over 35.00 yet. But then like you said it hasn't even gotten cold yet.

    Update!

Well, now it's 3:55 in the morning on Tuesday and we now have about 2" and it's 24* outside. Snowing pretty heavily right now and not supposed to stop until around 2:00 this afternoon. should have a good accumulation by then. The really great part is that it decided to freeze to the road first and then really start snowing.:Brow:

Maybe, I'm just a little warped, but I do come from a two parent family.:puzzled:
