Daisy, our 70 is running great. She has 235/75-15 tires and 3:73.1 gears

I have been driving her a bunch and on the highway at 70 she is running about 3500 RPM. At this RPM she gets up to about 210 degrees (195 thermostat) stays there.

    Is this normal?

    Around town she runs 200-205

I used a robert shaw thermostat. I was told that these thermostats dont allow enough radiator dwell time (time to cool) for them to be useful.
