I am trying to round up as many of my internet racing friends as possible for this event. It does not matter how fast you are. Any E.T. will help support the team. This is the 14th annual event at Thunder Valley Raceway Park in Noble, OK. It is always a real blast just hanging out and collecting some bragging rights. This year, the Buick team is opening up to include Pontiacs, Oldsmobiles, Cadillacs and GMC Trucks. So be sure to round up all those TA's, GTO's, GTP's, 442's, XLRV's and etc. to join us for a great time. I usually go up on Friday to get parked, TNT and just hang out with friends. If you are interested, we (DFW & South) usually meet at the Love's Truck Stop by NorthStar Dragway on N. I-35 at noon on Friday and convoy to TVRP. Did I also mention that out-of-state racers for team Buick have not been getting charged for entry on Saturday?
Well, this is a little awkward. We really need the V8 cars there to help overcome this losing streak we have been in. Is anyone from here planning on going?
I dont understand the lack of V8 Buick enthusiasm. Were pumped over at the TurboBuick.com website. Are there no V8 cars in the midwest area or what?
Count me in as I stated over on TB.com. I have a V8 and I WILL use it. LOL. I hope some of our more esteemed V8 racers decide to come out and give the Fords a little taste of some cubic inches from the Buick world. It gets a little lonely at the event trying to tell people how great V8 Buicks are when I am one of a few(very few) V8 Buick guys out there. Kinda gives an impression to the other brands and fans that BBB's are not so hot if the majority of racers are out there pounding turbo V6's down the track. I do my best with my single digit, pump gas street car, but I can't do it alone. Need some backup to show them guys that a 455 is a powerful weapon to fight the forces of Ford evil.:laugh: Race is in 10 days folks. Still time to crank up the tow rig and head to Noble with your car and add some V8 Buick thunder to the event.

We are coming. Our car was coming apart for the winter mods and paint, but we put it back together and shot some primer for this event. We have a long drive to get there, so save us a spot. We need to get to know some of you guys.
