The installation of the led's fixing the problem reinforces the grounding issue. These bulbs draw less current, and the resulting reduced voltage drop is what allows the led's to operate correctly. Though the led's are a temporary fix, and the grounds will eventually require repair, the apparent "fix" reinforces my original assessment. It is very possible that the led's will be brighter if the grounds are repaired. Ray
