I'm thinking of putting in a tach and maybe some other gauges in my '68 Sport Wagon. I'm fine with the standard under dash location for temp, amp, oil, but I'd like to have a tach a bit more in eyeline. I saw the post where someone replaced the clock with a tach; that looked really sharp, but I'm curious where else people install tachs. I've got AC and a power tailgate so those panels are in use. How does a tach look mounted on the column? On the dash? I'm not a fan of A-pillar gauges, I find them distracting. Thanks! Mel '68 Sport Wagon 400
