On the rocker in the top right in the first pic, someone had marked "PF" (possibly "passenger front" for return of the shafts to the same side). In the 2nd pic, looks like the 2 rockers on the lower right have had the adjuster screws (pushrod pocket/cup) replaced, because the cups look new to me. The 3rd pic is a close-up of the underside of one of those two rockers (wear likely related to the reason the adjuster needed to be replaced). I wouldn't hesitate to run them in my car as-is, if I didn't have the Edelbrock heads.
