These are black, have the TA logo and the BUICK polished. 1 side has a twist in oil fill cap and breather grommet. The other side has no holes. I purchased these for an idea that just wont fit correctly on my firewall once I laid it out so I will just keep my KB covers The cover that has no holes does has some power coating damage on the lower corner that would go towards the heater and ac assembly. They were this way when I got them. Will be hard to see when on the car. Asking 275 shipped in the US
