here ya go under where you type your post there is a box that says "aditional options" and in that box there's another box that says "Attach Files" , click "manage attachments" once you click that it will bring up another page that has a box in it that says "upload file" and in that box there is a open field and by that there is a button that says browse, click that and it will bring up "my documents" find the picture on your computor, highlight it and click open, that will close out the "My Documents" page and will put the location of the picture in that field that was blank, then click the "upload" button on the right and it will move the picture to "current attatchments", you can close that window and then finish typing your post. Also the attachment can't be over 159.8KB and has to be in one of these extensions: bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt zip
