On chrome wheels, I've always had good results using "Naval Jelly" it may need more than one application. Then, I like to use the impregnated cotton wading called "Nev'r Dull". :Smarty:

Use Never-Dull. It's in a small cylinder can, black and silver. It is a soft cloth wrap that you pull off pieces of it and it has a cleaner/polish on it. Just keep rubbing it back and forth with pressure.

I used it on my steel Buick rims and it works. Any automotive, K-Mart store has it. Its fairly cheap and is sold in the cleaner-wax areas.
