I am sure there was some kind of message being projected in all them white skull caps running around at the end but it is lost on me.....

They should have had Grammy nominated Billy Strings and Luke Combs do the Half time show...

No one would have bet KC would leave that game without a touchdown.

First year i was not in a Super Bowl pool......

I used to host a Super Bowl watch party(had our own pool) at the brewery and restaurant i do maintenance at.....15 years ago i would have 30-40 people back in our "pool room" seating area......then it settled into about 15-20 in the bar area.....that was our usual sunday first game crowd and we had another 15 or so fans for other teams there also...we got the NFL package and usually had 5 different games on the 5 65" tv's in our small bar...every seat was filled......now we can't afford the package(fee is based on # of TV's...we have 30)....and when the taking a knee came along.......fans stopped coming in and attendance dropped .......business in the rest of the place did too .....

Tonight.....i was the only one of our regulars that watched the game in the bar.....5 other random people were there.....maybe being 4 degrees out when the game started might have been a factor....

Hated Tom Brady when he played against the Colts.....but i am happy for him and Gronk tonight.....

    Peace WildBill

    B-1 + B-2 + B-52 = 55 for Superbowl 55.

I was curious what planes were in the flyover.

The bombers included a B-1B Lancer from Ellsworth Air Force Base in South Dakota, a B-2 Spirit from Whiteman AFB in Missouri and a B-52 Stratofortress from Minot AFB in North Dakota.

I watched and paused it during halftime to take a shower. Then I fast forwarded through the halftime show and watched the rest of the game. It’s supposed to be entertaining, and it was. I had no dog in this fight but was pulling for TB. I always love the flyovers! What a treat for those who got to see it live!

I would have not bet that they could hold Mahomes to barely over 100 yards passing for most of the game, and no touchdowns. The MVP of that game was definitely TB's defensive coordinator.

Brady played well, did exactly what was needed, but it was not a spectacular performance, stat wise anyway. Good balanced team win, offense and defense.

Would have liked to see the shootout that was expected, would have been more exciting, I got up in the 3rd quarter and went back to work in the shop, and just let it run in the background.

Just goes to show what I have always said.. You either have a top flight QB in the NFL, or your just a schedule filler.. Not very often has this not been true.

So the die is now cast on how to beat KC, be interesting to see how they adjust next season. TB had a good defense, but it was not the 85 bears.. they played smart, kept 6 or 7 guys in coverage, and took KC out of their game.

One of the major secrets that was exposed wasn't a secret -- KC's O-line was hurt by injuries and wasn't great even when intact. They got destroyed by a superior D-Line.

If every team could plan on having a grwat D-line, they would. Getting your openent to have crap to oppose you is the tricky part.

Kinda like us running over the Iraqi army in the First Gulf War. Not real useful info against a better opponent.

Then again, KC gets a chance to fix things in the off season and try again next year.

Hopefully they do better the 2nd time around than Saddam....

I have seen both B1 and B2 in air shows before. Growing up in an air force family I have been to many. Never have seen a B52 before though. Seeing a B1 go pretty much straight up is a scary thing to see. You say no way it is going to make it but it does.
