I was just at Summit in Tallmadge and they have a Summit brand distributor on the close out or returned parts shelves for $120. I don't recall which of the above number it was, a 38 or 39, but don't see any difference in the catalog. It has a 14 tooth gear and a blue cap. I have no idea what quality it is, but for $120, seems like a good deal. It's marked as a Demo.
