I did a little asking and some research, I have a buddy who's Grandfather worked the GM/Buick production lines back in the 60's found out that some of the top models had these but very very very few, I am thinking that someone is making a few bucks off of 1- a super duper rare part or 2- as said before it is from a sail panel?
