The one in Medina, OH is about 5 minutes from my house. They keep building them because people keep buying them. They make a ton of money on these. You buy it, pay taxes on it like it's a house. But you don't own the land. The problem with them is that contractors are using them as shops and offices.....and homes. One guy burned down about 15 other units, including his own, while doing some work in his that he wasn't supposed to. And he took several boats, a 60's Corvette that was mint and several other classic cars with it. You just never know who your neighbors are going to be at these places.
