Stock 350-4 intake

    '71buickg.s. a dark and stormy night..

    Just got a 1970 sky custom with a 350-2.. how much would a 1970 4 barrel intake cost? also, what kind of performance gains would i see? Thanks.

    I have a stock 350-4bbl intake, 71 I believe. It has been boiled out, bead blasted, painted and cured with duplicolor 1608 rred. $50 and I can get it to Dallas.

    Just make sure you can find a good choke coil for that intake. Tom has a pretty good deal there:TU:

    To ID a 71 intake, look at the bolts on the choke cover plate and you will see 2 bolts holding it down. They are on opposite sides of each other. The 70 choke coil has one bolt holding it down. The 72-74 chokes have 3 bolts and are triangle shaped like the 70 model.
