Has anyone run their stock 2-piece driveshaft with slicks? Or a sticky drag radial? I've got some QT Pro's, and the car is really hooking hard, but I'm a little nervous with the stock driveshaft. Just trying to get some funds together for a h/d driveshaft. Thought I read somewhere that someone was running the stock (2-piece) driveshaft at the track and running some pretty darn good 60 ft times. Maybe these things are stronger than I thought.
Get a one piece d-shaft. Stock one-piece will hold up in 11 second cars. I believe Gessler has a stock one in his.
